Caregiver Fatigue and Crisis Prevention

It’s not always rainbows and lollipops…  Sometimes, despite your best efforts, you may not be able to pull yourself out of the fog.  Sleep deprivation, improper diet, sustained frustration and exhaustion are common with being a primary caregiver.  Circumstances like these can compound any feelings of solitude or helplessness, possibly leading to irrational or unsafe thoughts.  Far too many tragedies have occurred when someone waits too long to find others and seek help.
